Hair Color Remover and Re-Color

My hair was getting too dark, and I wanted to take it back to a lighter shade of red.
This is the after color red. I'm not that thrilled with it, I think it's still too dark. It is A LOT darker than the color on the box. I might have some hi-lights put in it to lighten it up some.
